In-fra Processing
This entry shares a focus group run collaboratively with In-grid members, making room for us to reflect on our collective organizational practices, inquiring into how we collectively misfit within systemic inflexibilities. In this focus group, In-grid collectively making-sense of and imagining how we want to negotiate and counter the systemic inflexibilities and limitations we felt when making interdependent actions.
This focus group was run online with six members of In-grid, and made room to question a range of issues including our banking/finances, our network infrastructures, collective politics and organization. From these reflections, it made room for us to bring into focus how In-grid orients our collective politics and organization through trust and interdependence, instead of through security politics and their invasive politics of capture. From these norms of security politics and so-called transparency within organization and networks. In-grid worked with critical access making to question how we wanted to bring members in touch with these systemic inflexibilities, frictions and misfittings to make room to form imaginaries and expertise that can improvise, hack and (dis)orient these relations collectively.
This entry shares the working pad for the focus group with In-grid members. Here you can read into their thoughts and make your own analysis of In-grid's in-frastructural processing.
