Practice
This page shares the practice, inquiries and research this project took towards manifesting Configure-able Infrastructures. These different tables of inquiry emerge through my Disobedient Action Research Methods. These practice based inquiries aim to offer up how this disobedient methodology was shaped by and made room for the indeterminate communities, contexts and relations it was in touch with.
These collaborative inquiries are split into the three sections below which each offer up a context, collaboration and unfolding infrastructure that were formed through workshops, focus groups, technical docs, speculative infrastructures and * * * * *.
These inquiries offer up how critical access making and its resulting knowledges offers up Wiggle Room within the misfitting of prescribed configurations. Within the frictious wiggle room of access making, (dis)orienting, hacking and improvising infrastructures through the embodied expertise of the bodies they impact.
These inquiries offer up how critical access can be brought into collaborations within non-disabled communities, not as extra time, but as a way to disobediently Wiggle Room within infrastructuring and organization. In this approach, making accessible collective practices through interdependent sense-making and direct actions.
These inquiries offer up how the Cozy-Cloud made Wiggle Room to crip server and network infrastructures through unfolding practices of access making and life affirmation. Through these inquiries and practices questioning how embodied expertise, pleasurable access making and intimacy.
